Various Kinds of Tube Cleaner
An exact cleaner size in accordance with the inside diameter of tube is required because of tightness between tube wall of tube inside and metal cleaner vane. Structure of FINPIG Tube Cleaner
1. Heat exchanger of U-tube whose bundles are taken out for pigging.
2. Setting and shooting of the water gun with U-FLEXPIG inserted for U-tube pigging.
3. Jet of water (arrow mark) just before U-FLEXPIG scraps and pushes out scales.
4. U-FLEXPIG (arrow mark) scraps and pushes out scales(dark area) .
