Consisting of corrugated metal of virtually any alloy with flexible graphite on both sealing surfaces.
Attachment of metal eyelet is another advantage. The sealing mechanism of corugated metal gasket is based on point contact between the peaks of the corrugation and the mating flnges. This produces a deformation to take place, thus compenstion for uneven fces. Corrugated metal between graphite support sealing performance and improves recovery of the gasket.
CONSTRUCTION
GRAPHITE
- Complement the damaged sealing surface
- Improve on the sealing characteristics.
METAL CLAD
- Prevent the oxidation of filler and hoop
- Restraint the gasket's expansion after compression.
METAL O-RING
- Improve the recovery of the gasket and complement sealing properties by the absorption of the expansibility in the in?out diameter direction.
FILLER & HOOP/CORRUGATED METAL
- Maximize the sealing property in the high temperature and pressure
- Maximize the thickness tolerance by the new design to improve the recovery and the pressure restraint of the conventional Non-Metallic filler material.

① HIFLEX G-21
- The form of spiral wound gasket in used
- The form of spiral wound gasket in used is a new design,
- W-Type structure, and this enlarges the sealing effect in high temperature, high pressure and condition of a thickness deviation.
② HIFLEX G-22
- The form of corrugated metal in used
- Corrugated Metal is one of versatile seal products where the available bolt loads are low.
- Depending on the materials and construction, it can be very resilient.
